This was the news we reported in 2000
Happy
Holidays from all of us at Michael's Marine Service!
12/27/00 All the boats that requested shrinkwrap have been
covered, Christmas has come and gone, New Years will be here soon and so will a new look
for our shop......
!!PAINT!!
We moved everything - I mean everything out of the work area of the
shop. Those tool boxes only lack motors! We also cleared out half of the area in our
first bay of the shop. After a lot of cleaning, sweeping, washing, degreasing, washing
some more and drying we finally got to put down the first coat of paint. Here
is a few shots of how its going so far:

9/3/00 No more hole!
8/29/00 You shouldn't jet ski without water!

8/21/00 SPLASH - At last, floating again and TURNING lots of heads.
8/15/00 A gold stripe ... it just sets off the whole paint scheme!
7/29/00 Now the bottoms RED!!!

7/22/00 Its BLUE!!!

The shop's resident sail boat (a complete make-over job) is finally starting to look like
something. The bottom was peeled (she had some bad blisters) and fixed, the dings
and scratches in the sides have been fixed. And now the old white sides are
blue. Stay tuned.....there's a lot more to follow at a later date!
A before we started shot and a in progress shot.....

SNOW!! After reaching a beautiful 73 degrees
on Saturday April 8th we awoke to 6" of heavy wet snow on Sunday April
9th. Here are a few pictures of the marina late that afternoon.
